AIR CONDITIONER MAINTENANCE INCLUDES:
- Change Filters** (Free if Standard Size)
- Inspect Auxiliary Drain Pan – clear of debris & rust
- Evaluate Condensate Drain Line to approved drainage location*
- Blower Components – inspect balance and debris
- Condenser Surroundings-evaluate vegetation, fire ants, etc.
- Check Disconnect Switch for safety
- Inspect Wiring and tighten connections
- Condenser Coil – clean, if needed
- Check amps on Outdoor Fan Motor and Compressor
- Check ESD’s Electric Storage Devices
- Test operation and check the condition of Contactor
- Check Refrigerant Pressure
- Monitor Expansion Valve
- Reversing Valve Solenoid – Check current (hp only)
*When we clear out your primary drain line or lines for your HVAC system or systems, if the clog is severe enough, it may clog up the sink or bathtub and require the services of a plumber.
